Your data

You can see, download, correct or delete your data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

• Download a copy: Settings → Download my data. You get a file with your account, profile, consents, skills, teams, messages, tasks, portfolio and more.
• Correct something: Profile → Edit profile.
• Stop product emails: Settings, or the unsubscribe link in any product email.
• Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account. This happens straight away and can’t be undone. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and what stays with your teams without your name.

Can’t sign in, or have another request?

Email info.webuildtogether@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Say what you would like: a copy, a correction, deletion, or to object to how we use something. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm it’s you. We never ask for ID documents. We’ll respond within 30 days, and tell you if we need longer and why.

A parent or guardian asking about a child under 16 can use the same address; we will delete the account.
